Hi, I'm Sandy Howard and what I've learned in my 20+ years of experience is that having the same provider with readily available support between appointments to get questions answered, medications adjusted or other help you may need, can be vital for your mental health and well being. This is called therapeutic continuity and it produces the best results.
My psychiatry practice is different than most, but if you are comfortable with technology then you will love the way I deliver personalized care. I use a medical app which is HIPAA compliant & encrypted. This links us directly and allows for personal & secure communication between appointments.
At your first appointment we will explore your life's journey and past treatment responses. Then together we develop a plan for treatment which includes medication.
